What is embroidery digitizing?

Embroidery digitizing is complicated process including the following works:

• creating a vector (more rarely bitmapped) image using special software, or converting an image to the needed format;
• compiling a list of commands determining work of embroidery machine;
• trial sewing of a finished image at an automatic embroidery machine and elimination of design defects. These procedures are made as many times as needed to get ensured in high quality of the design.
